Developing, coaching, and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies.
Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and applicable government standards.
Monitoring and managing supplier performance and quality related metrics. Supporting different stakeholders with supplier related topics.
Resolving supplier problems related to quality and performance.
Working effectively together with global and regional supplier quality organizations.

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
Strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills
Competence in functionality of power transformers and its components
Experience in APQP, PPAP and Quality Management
Familiarity with problem solving tools such as 8D methodology
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
Initiative and an independent approach to work
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Good written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English
Experience in modern ERP systems
