- Develop & execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Tuxera Fusion and the value to our customers
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Work with strategic partners to drive and manage joint selling opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, within the enterprise storage / cloud storage or related IT sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a technology-focused environment.
- Experience in negotiating and closing large-scale deals with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise storage / cloud services market, including competitive products, pricing models, and the regulatory environment across Europe
- Coming from an existing enterprise storage / cloud vendor, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry dynamics.
- Already established network within the enterprise storage / cloud services or related technology.
