- Coordinate Compliance: Ensure HR activities at the site comply with legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
- Union Liaison: Act as the main HR contact for local unions, facilitating and negotiating cooperative and development matters in line with business requests, local laws, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Manager Support: Train, coach and develop people managers with employee-related topics, including e.g. annual HR processes, employment life-cycle matters, learning and development, and employee engagement in collaboration with the HR Finland Services team.
- Occupational Health: Act as the main employer contact for occupational health care at the site. Drive health and wellbeing development activities with the external service provider.
- HR Representation: Participate in and represent HR in local site management, union cooperative meetings and other relevant forums at the site.
- Country HR alignment: Represent the site in country HR collaboration forums. Drive collaboration and alignment, and strive for consistency and compliance from country and legal entity perspective.
