We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to join a fast-growing international aviation hospitality organisation based in Helsinki Airport.This role will focus on identifying and developing strategic B2B partnerships across the aviation and travel ecosystem, supporting the continued expansion of premium passenger services within the airport environment.Working closely with regional commercial leadership, you will play a key role in generating new revenue opportunities, managing strategic relationships, and driving commercial growth across the Nordic region.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international aviation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across aviation, travel, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Develop and manage relationships with airlines, travel partners, corporate clients, and other industry stakeholders. * Lead negotiations and secure new partnership agreements aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Proactively generate new leads and revenue opportunities to achieve established sales targets.
Market & Industry Engagement
  • Develop a strong understanding of the aviation and airport hospitality market.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the travel sector.
  • Identify potential strategic partnerships that support long-term commercial growth.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and clients.
  • Expand the scope of existing partnerships through new initiatives and revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Commercial & Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with commercial, business development, and marketing teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of new agreements and partnerships.
RequirementsExperience
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships within aviation, travel, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and managing strategic client relationships.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.Strong commercial awareness with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of initiative, motivation, and drive to achieve results.Education
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline preferred.
