Your workplace is a resort kitchen, not a city backstreet.As a Kitchen Operations Assistant, you support the main kitchen sections during preparation and service. You work closely with senior chefs, help organize mise en place, prepare ingredients, and assist during busy service hours.You are not just “helping out.”
You are part of the production flow.The job can be physically demanding. Service times can be intense. But the team dynamic makes it manageable — and you gain valuable international experience.And yes — it’s still Greece.
