If you answered yes, keep reading and apply!We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our Data & Analytics team! In this role, you are responsible for delivering BI reporting and dashboard solutions that meet the needs of the organization. You also play a key role in reporting and analytics development within our team.As our Business Analyst, you will gather the business requirements from the stakeholders, translate the business requirements into technical requirements and develop the solution together with rest of the team. In this role, work tasks will range from developing new solutions from the scratch, rebuilding existing solutions and incremental development of solutions running in production.This role is based in Hyvinkää/Espoo Finland - but it goes without saying that hybrid work type is a part of our modern ways of working. You will have the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days/week.Your Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing insights related to the main processes related to data
Utilizing analytical, statistical and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret large scale data sets
Developing the management reports in POWER BI and Databricks
Providing data driven solutions to business challenges.
Delivering periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity
Following and enhancing BI standards and best practices across the team
Implementing and communicating new dashboards, planning actions related to findings.

QualificationsWhat should you bring?The position calls for an ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders and respond to operational business needs. Success in this role requires a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving, excellent quantitative capabilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Clear, influential communication and networking abilities are essential, as is a self-motivated working style - whether independently or as part of a small team. Analytical and critical thinking, a positive outlook, and a commitment to quality are key, as is the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances.In this role, you will benefit from solid experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages, as well as familiarity with distributed computing and platforms such as Databricks. A sound understanding of ETL processes, Azure cloud services, data integration, and management forms is a vital part of the skill set. Technical strengths in problem-solving and performance optimisation, combined with experience in developing applications, reports, and dashboards, are highly valued. Project management expertise, particularly with Agile methodologies, is important, alongside a strong grasp of databases, semantic models, and Siebel architecture.In addition, we expect you to have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (e.g. Economics or Engineering)
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects with Siebel and SAP data.
In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query and Data Modeling.
Experience in handling global stakeholders and day-to-day operational requests from the business
Excellent proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
