The head office is located in Aarhus, Denmark.The Finnish service department with headquarters in Vaasa is responsible for service and maintenance of all Vestas' wind farms in Finland. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and future-oriented industry in a team with motivated employees.ResponsibilitiesAs a technical planner, you will be responsible for:
- Technical analysis and preparation of service orders for technicians and technical approval of service orders after completion
- Define resources needed for service orders, e.g. competencies, materials and tools
- Find technical documentation / work instructions for technicians
- Daily communication with technicians, planners, technical and customer group
- Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks
- Experience with technical planning/ technical support, ideally obtained in a technical environment alternatively wind turbine technician
- Newly qualified engineer (e.g., mechanical or electrical)
- Electrician in an established role with a focus on technical specifications, documentation and reporting
- Fluent language skills in English and Finnish
- Good IT skills, SAP/Salesforce experience is welcome
- General understanding of WTG technology and an interest in diving into technical documentation
- Good communication skills both oral and in writing
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to daily tasks
- Ability to think clearly in a time-sensitive setting, as well as the ability to handle varying workloads and tasks
