- MSc or BSc in business or engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional feature teams of 10-20+ engineers (retention, promotions, performance, upskilling, coaching).
- Previous hands-on expertise in software development using modern technology stacks (Web/mobile), cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP) deployments, CI/CD DevSecOps tooling.
- Good understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture and complete SDLC processes.
- Mastery of Scrum/Kanban, metrics (DORA), and tooling (Jira, GitHub, etc.).
- Good understanding of low-code platforms, AI, its implications on SW engineering process, and how to leverage AI for boosting productivity and efficiency.
- Good knowledge of project management and road mapping.
- Knowledge of information and security management.
- Architectural understanding.
- Knowledge of IT service operations and processes including ITIL.
