- Implement automated procedures for OTA test execution, chamber calibration, system health checks, and performance verification.
- Develop user‑facing applications for test execution, chamber control and KPI logging and analysis.
- Build control software for chamber subsystems (positioners, RF probe arrays, switching matrices, instrumentation).
- Implement automation for MPAC, quiet‑zone characterization, and RF performance verification.
- Create APIs and software modules to integrate Keysight instruments and RF components.
- Contribute to solution deployment, documentation, and best‑practice procedures.
- Provide technical support for automation workflows and measurement environments.
- Participate in practical OTA measurement tasks, chamber characterization, and system‑level performance validation.
- Support hardware bring‑up, integration testing, and troubleshooting across software, RF, and mechanical components.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, RF Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in test automation, instrument control, or RF/wireless test systems is an asset.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, C++, or similar languages used in test and automation systems.
- Familiarity with OTA methodologies (MPAC, PWS, quiet zone characterization) is beneficial.
- Experience with hardware/instrument control APIs (VISA, SCPI, REST) is desired.
- Understanding of RF measurements and signal processing basics is an advantage.
- Experience with data visualization and processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Plotly, etc.).
- Willingness and ability to perform hands‑on tasks in a lab and chamber environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfort working across disciplines with RF, mechanical, software, and system engineering teams.
- Clear and effective communication with technical teams and customers.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude toward debugging, integration, and test execution.
