- Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned products.
- Drive the market intelligence for the product category (Market sizing, Global Competitive intelligence, trends, etc).
- Responsible for Global NPI - Develop and drive global strategic planning and development objectives to drive revenue and profitability targets, including value proposition, Claims Matrix & Message Maps, feature sets & product roadmaps, positioning, pricing, sales volume, and profit forecasts, etc...)
- Responsible for Global P&L and margin - Create or assist with business case preparation for new initiatives within the product portfolio
- Participate to the implementation of the Product Commercialization Plan including, Global Go-To-Market Strategy including Cross-Opco, global revenue, sales activation plan, etc).
- Employ marketing best practices such as customer segmentation, Voice of the Customer, product portfolio management, competitive positioning, market assessment, pricing, and new product development for assigned products
- Manage existing products through structured product life cycle management
- Actively engage as product owner to understand production issues, quality constraints, sales issues, and actively participates in improvements & solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team in developing product requirements, gathering VOC, conducting market research and develop new product ideas for assigned product line.
- Participates in voice of the customer events, trade shows and sales promotions; also, is liaison to Key Experts.
- Develops and executes product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and partner with Key Opinion Leaders to impact strategic growth of the products and services within area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience of technical products.
- 3+ years of experience with segmentation, positioning, pricing, and new product development practices required.
- Experience in launching products in medical device, dental equipment, or other FDA-Regulated businesses preferred.
- Travel: ability to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
