  • Collect and monitor KPIs
  • Perform General Ledger and Fixed asset accounting and organize full accounting process according to accounting standards and group policies
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing activities
  • Preparation of financial, annual, and operational reports as well as other necessary management and regulatory documentation
  • Providing the necessary information to the tax authorities, auditors etc.
  • Support internal customers in general accounting matters, reply to queries
  • Support other team members in accounting related matters, be an accounting expert and advisor when needed
  • Take part in various internal development initiatives
  • Take care of maintaining the internal documentation (manuals, instructions etc.)
Requirements
  • Experience from financial accounting and reporting according to IFRS and FAS
  • Proven work experience as a Lead Accountant
  • Experience and knowledge of Finnish tax legislation
  • Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Responsible, punctual, service minded and supportive personality
  • Able to work in deadline-thriven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance and accounting
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team worker, good at supporting others and good at collaboration
