- Part-time positionThe collaborator we want to make part of our team must have:
- Excellent command for English and other languages as plus (Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese);
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience related to the position;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Bachelor (or higher) associated with the area is preferable.Requirements:
- Proven experience as administrative coordinator or similar role;
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
- Positive attitude in all situations.Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer care
- Respond to comments/reviews on social media platforms
- Maintain 3rd party websites such as TripAdvisor and Google
- Reply incoming mails / Proceed reservations
- Other office works may be assigned as required
