Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is looking for a District Representative to join its industry leading sales team. You’ll be part of a wider Nordic team and responsible for revenue and profit growth of water treatment programs and services to existing and new customers. Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll build relationships with existing customers by executing system assurance programs that meet their key business needs. With strong account leadership, you’ll also convert strategic competitive accounts and sell new technologies to current customers.What’s in it For You:You receive a thorough introduction to Ecolab's products and business model.Access to the water treatment industry’s innovative training programs.Good opportunities for professional development.Pride in working for a company that provides clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.Support from dedicated colleagues in our Nordic team.A culture that values safety first, including training and personal protection.Flexible, independent work environment where you will plan your own schedule.We provide a company car, laptop and a mobile phone.What You Will Do:Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts, to meet profit increase goals.Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water.Travelling within the country is expected.Location: Southern FinlandQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or related field of study.Minimum 2 years of work experience in technical sales or field sales.Experience from water treatment or chemical industry is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.Energetic, self-driven and motivated by creating results and developing your own skills.Good at communicating and building relationships.Enjoy taking initiative and working independently, but also functions well as part of a team.Fluent in Finnish (spoken and written) as well as basic English skills.A valid driver’s license and willingness and possibility to travel for work.Application deadline:Please send in your application latest on 15.
