- Own and manage full P&L for Partner Business & Spare Parts
- Define and execute commercial and pricing strategies
- Lead and grow the global partner and importer network
- Optimize inventory, cost structures, and operational processes

- Solid profit & loss (P&L) management experience, with accountability for financial performance and strategic decision-making
- Strong background in both commercial and operational roles, bridging sales execution with efficient service delivery
- Extensive experience working within international, matrixed organizations, effectively managing cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
- Deep expertise in operational excellence, with a strong foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
