We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to take overall responsibility for the delivery of the electrical scope on a large-scale data center construction project. The Electrical Lead is a key member of the project leadership team and is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and technical compliance of all electrical works.The role leads a multidisciplinary electrical organization including, and works closely with CSA, Mechanical, Commissioning, QAQC, and HSE teams.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Leadership & StrategyOverall ownership of electrical scope delivery from installation through testing, commissioning, and handoverDefine and implement electrical execution strategies aligned with project objectivesAct as the primary escalation point for all electrical mattersTeam Leadership & CoordinationLead, manage, and support the electrical team:Set clear objectives, responsibilities, and performance expectationsEnsure strong coordination between electrical sub-disciplinesPlanning & Interface ManagementOversee electrical construction planning, sequencing, and phasingManage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, CSA, logistics, and commissioningResolve technical, access, and program constraints on a live siteSafety, Quality & ComplianceEnsure all electrical works comply with HSE requirements, permits, and safe systems of workDrive electrical quality standards in coordination with QAQCEnsure compliance with specifications, codes, standards, and client requirementsCommercial & Progress ControlSupport cost control, progress measurement, and variation management for electrical worksCoordinate with procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipmentTesting, Commissioning & HandoverOversee electrical completion, testing, energization readiness, and handover activitiesCoordinate closely with commissioning teams to ensure safe and structured energizationEnsure documentation, as-builts, and turnover packages are complete and accurateQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 10+ years’ experience in electrical delivery on large construction projectsProven experience as an Electrical Lead / Electrical Manager, preferably on data center or mission-critical projectsStrong knowledge of HV/MV systems, LV distribution, busbar, containment, grounding, and integration systemsExperience managing complex electrical teams and subcontractorsStrong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluent English required; Finnish skills are an advantageWhat We OfferA senior leadership role on a complex, high-profile data center construction projectAuthority to lead a full electrical organization and influence project outcomesCollaboration with experienced project, commissioning, QAQC, and HSE teamsCompetitive compensation and benefitsLong-term career opportunities within an international general contractor
