We are a growing general contractor delivering large-scale data center construction projects across Finland. We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead and manage all electrical works on high‑value, mission‑critical projects.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical construction activities on data center projects from installation through commissioning and handoverCoordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teamsReview electrical designs, specifications, and method statements to ensure constructability and complianceDevelop and manage electrical schedules, workforce planning, and material procurementOversee installation of:MV/LV distribution systemsUPS and battery systemsGenerators and power quality systemsGrounding, bonding, and lightning protectionBMS / EPMS interfacesEnsure compliance with:Finnish regulations and electrical codesClient requirements and industry standardsHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirementsMonitor cost control, variation management, and progress reporting for electrical scopesSupport testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testingParticipate in coordination meetings with the client and internal project management teamsRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related field5+ years experience in electrical construction management, preferably on:Data centersIndustrial or mission‑critical facilitiesLarge commercial or infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of electrical power systems and critical infrastructureProven experience managing subcontractors and site teamsSolid understanding of project schedules, budgets, and cost controlFluent professional English required; Finnish is a strong advantageValid right to work in FinlandDesired / AdvantageousPrevious experience on hyperscale or colocation data center projectsGood knowledge of Finnish electrical regulations and construction practicesExperience with commissioning and integrated testingFinnish safety certifications (e.g. Työturvallisuuskortti, Sähkötyöturvallisuuskortti)Experience working in fast-paced, multi-phase construction environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on major international data center projects in FinlandCompetitive salary and benefits packageLong-term career development with a growing contractorCollaborative and professional project teamsPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience in electrical construction and data center or mission‑critical projects.
