You will be at the heart of the hotel's operations, ensuring that every guest's expectations are exceeded - through exceptional service, cosy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. You will not simply run a hotel; you will create an unforgettable experience for everyone who steps through the door.Your role:

Through warm and open leadership, ensure that guests feel welcome and staff feel appreciated.
Ensure an excellent level of operations by maximising occupancy and revenue, making sure the hotel runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Promote a supportive team environment and encourage collaboration, feedback, and development.
Express the brand's values through a friendly and reliable service that encourages repeat bookings.
Maintain financial performance through effective budgeting and forecasts.
Ensure guest satisfaction, whether a major conference or simply a solo traveller.

What we are looking for:

A service-focused leader with at least 5 years of experience in the hotel sector or a related field.
Someone who can nurture a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will bring a smile to our guests.
A reliable and responsible leader who can manage the business smoothly and achieve financial goals.
A team player who leads by example, encourages feedback, and creates a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
