- Be the trusted HR partner to managers in Finland, coaching them on leadership, team development, and people decisions.
- Support the Finnish leadership team with strategic HR insights and workforce planning.
- Promote accountability, feedback and psychological safety in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Own and execute core people processes locally — including onboarding, performance management, compensation review, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Finnish labor law and internal HR policies, including union and employment law topics.
- Handle daily HR admin tasks, contracts, documentation and data updates with support from central People Operations.
- Be on top of HR data, follow and deliver on metrics and KPIs in our People strategy.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong hiring pipelines and be responsible for the recruitment process (high volume) for our sales teams in Turku.
- Support and train managers in hiring processes, interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate local learning and development efforts — from onboarding training to leadership support.
- Act as a key enabler of our shift to a matrix organization – helping managers navigate cross-functional collaboration and shared ownership.
- Drive culture-building initiatives and local internal communications.
- Collect and share employee feedback, and bring the Finnish employee perspective into central People discussions and priorities.
- Work closely with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, People Operations and other HRBPs across the Nordics and apply our global People strategy with local fit.
- Be a member of the local Finnish management team (together with Managing Director, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, and Product Lead).
- Report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and be a part of the central People team.
- Several years of experience in a broad HRBP or HR Generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Finnish labour law and HR best practices.
- Enjoys working independently and switching between strategic and hands-on tasks.
- Experience or exposure to matrix organizations is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset – you enjoy building relationships and working across teams and geographies.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- A university degree within a relevant field.
