As a Sales Engineer your mission is to deliver exceptional pre-sales engineering support to our partners and customers. By developing strong relationships as a trusted advisor, you help us drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. You work in close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams and your responsibilities includes product demoes, project design support, events, customer meetings and supporting colleagues and partners on technical and product related matters. In this role you’ll be in a unique position to learn the latest about our products and solutions and how they are used in a broad range of application areas, from security to industry projects. In this role you will work with our products and our partners and customers daily. Your main focus is on Finland, with some assignment also in the Baltic and Nordic countries. This is a hybrid role based in the capital area.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver project design support by designing Axis solutions that meet customer needs.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and expert internally and externally
- Demonstrate, configure and setup Axis solutions for proof of concepts and demoes.
- Participate in tradeshows, customer meetings, events and trainings
- Enable product sales by showcasing a strong business acumen
- Actively collaborate with partners and colleagues
- Develop your own skills and expertise continuously
- Keep updated on latest developments in the industry
- Degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from technical position in the IT or security industry
- Track record of delivering customer demonstrations and training sessions
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure is a plus
- Driver’s license and experience of driving with towbar and trailer (mandatory).
