– Managing new product introduction and leading proactive quality assurance activities for castings manufacturing and machining.
– Analysing supplier performance and capabilities, identifying development opportunities and driving impactful development actions.
– Developing and executing supplier development action plans to improve supplier performance.
– Supporting suppliers with their operational development initiatives in relation to quality, delivery and cost.
– Executing supplier audits and audit follow-up according to supplier development action plan and verifying impact.We are looking for– Advanced knowledge of iron and aluminium casting and machining technologies, and manufacturing processes
– Good understanding of quality management processes
– Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams
– Advanced problem-solving skills and a systematic way of working
– Fluency in English, both verbal and written
