In 2025 the Group had approximately 42,000 employees and revenues of about SEK 121 billion in more than 150 countries.Your Mission as a Lead AI Engineer: you will be responsible for working with AI services, building end-to-end AI solutions, and managing all aspects from data to deployment. You will apply cutting-edge techniques in machine learning and generative AI. You will take on platform responsibility and work primarily with Azure development. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, helping to identify and execute the needs of our business and support the development of appropriate strategies for moving forward. As an essential player in this international business environment, you will play a critical role in enabling capability creation and acceleration as we embark on this thrilling journey.Your daily responsibilities will include:👉Develop and implement end-to-end AI architect solutions👉Technical delivery ownership👉 Collaborate with stakeholders👉Vendor managementWhat can you bring to our team? We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of a Master's degree in computer science, or a related field, along with a strong background in AI or related fields. You should have experience in the following areas:👉Hands-on experience designing and building end-to-end AI solutions, owning the full lifecycle from data ingestion and model development to deployment, monitoring, and scaling in production👉Strong background in machine learning and modern AI techniques, with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms and the ability to apply them to real-world systems👉Advanced proficiency in Python for AI and backend development👉Deep experience with Databricks, including PySpark development, building and maintaining data pipelines, and working with Unity Catalog for data governance👉Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure for building backend and AI-driven applications, including Azure architecture, resource provisioning, security, networking, and operational management👉Experience deploying, managing, and scaling robust production systems on Azure using Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows for version control, CI/CD, and team collaboration👉Fluent in Swedish or Finnish and English (written and spoken)You come from a hands-on AI product development background with 6+ years of experience in a similar role and are comfortable working with modern data stacks. Experience in Manufacturing Supply chain is a plus. Your analytical and structured mindset, combined with excellent communication skills and initiative, allows you to simplify complex topics and articulate them in an understandable manner.
