- Provide support and guidance to Alpha and Beta sales organizations on training required
- Cooperating with external partners and internal stakeholder to craft effective training programs
- Analyze and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to support sales teams.
- Create and maintain sales support materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
- Ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
- Develop detailed sales playbooks for all equipment product offerings and assure alignment with the service offering.
- Ensure playbooks are comprehensive and provide clear guidance for sales teams.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans for generating sales leads.
- Provide support to sales teams in lead generation activities.
- Develop and implement key account management strategies.
- Provide tools and support to manage and grow key accounts effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales process development and sales management.
- Sound understanding of the industrial equipment market.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
