2 ASSET TRACKING: Offers real-time insight into asset flow, from maintenance records to GPS timestamps.
3 SMART TECHNOLOGIES: Enables secure, scalable remote sales or rentals.
4 REAL-TIME INVENTORY: Delivers live data on item location, counts, and movement.Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a 12-member Solution Support Team.
- Oversee tasks including customer SW solutions development, documentation, SW support, and minor bug fixes.
- Manage customer solution delivery projects.
- Act as the company's technical expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist customers and partners with technical troubleshooting, providing top-tier support and escalating issues to engineering teams.
- Develop support materials such as documentation and tools.
