- Proven track record of high performance from sales or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance - or other relevant industry
- Fluent in Finnish, English at business level, Swedish is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
- Highly effective

- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with the team
- Proactive, results-oriented and structured in your way of working
