- Supporting the permitting and inspection processes with local authorities
- Monitoring project progress and reporting deviations
- Ensuring documentation is up to date and properly archived
- Participating in site meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Supporting quality assurance and safety compliance
- Managing change requests and assisting in risk managementWhat we expect from you:- Relevant technical education (e.g. Mechanical Engineering), with a solid understanding of technical interfaces and systems coordination.
- Familiarity with construction management processes, government approval and inspection procedures, and subcontractor interface management
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
