We are looking for a Supervisor for the operational management of sled dog safaris. This is a versatile and hands-on role that includes a wide range of tasks related to both kennel work and safari operations. The Supervisor takes part in daily activities, including kennel duties and guiding, while also acting as the immediate supervisor for staff. The role involves guiding, overseeing operations, and working closely together with the team.We expect applicants to have prior experience in the tourism or adventure services industry. Experience working with working dogs is considered a significant advantage. Applicants may also have their own sled dogs, and their working schedule can be coordinated with the Supervisors days off.The position is full-time and permanent. Familiarity with reservation and operational management systems in the industry is considered an advantage.
