- Overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with established policies and standards.
- Leading cost-effective sourcing of goods and services upon receipt of purchase requests, ensuring quality and value for money.
- Conducting detailed cost analysis and benchmarking for purchased items and services.
- Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that drive savings, mitigate risks, and optimise vendor performance.
- Managing price and contract negotiations, securing competitive and sustainable agreements.
- Ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
- Maintaining compliance with all procurement laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure procurement supports project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Participating in tender committees, contributing to strategy, evaluation, and award recommendations.
- Reviewing and following up on supplier invoices and monthly payment submissions.
- Managing the complete source-to-pay process, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimisation, and adherence to quality and governance standards.
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in direct and indirect procurement, preferably within construction, data centre, or building maintenance and operations environments.
- Ability to lead procurement strategies that deliver measurable value, efficiency, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and financial controls.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, and quality.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor-relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English. Finnish is considered an asset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Sound understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP procurement tools.
