You will ensure that every purchase and partnership delivers optimal value, aligns with business objectives, and supports the company’s growth across multiple markets.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll drive efficiency, cost competitiveness, and compliance while building trusted supplier relationships that contribute directly to project and operational success.The role is primarily focused on CAPEX procurement and long-term investments, with the flexibility to support OPEX procurement activities as required.Your key responsibilities will include,

Overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with established policies and standards.
Leading cost-effective sourcing of goods and services upon receipt of purchase requests, ensuring quality and value for money.
Conducting detailed cost analysis and benchmarking for purchased items and services.
Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans that drive savings, mitigate risks, and optimise vendor performance.
Managing price and contract negotiations, securing competitive and sustainable agreements.
Ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations, service-level agreements, and performance metrics.
Maintaining compliance with all procurement laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure procurement supports project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Participating in tender committees, contributing to strategy, evaluation, and award recommendations.
Reviewing and following up on supplier invoices and monthly payment submissions.
Managing the complete source-to-pay process, ensuring timely delivery, cost optimisation, and adherence to quality and governance standards.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in direct and indirect procurement, preferably within construction, data centre, or building maintenance and operations environments.
Ability to lead procurement strategies that deliver measurable value, efficiency, and compliance.
Solid understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and financial controls.
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, and quality.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor-relationship management skills.
Proficiency in English. Finnish is considered an asset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Sound understanding of procurement systems, contracts, and financial controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP procurement tools.
