Sounds interesting?Then come and join our global team as Senior UI Designer, combining high-quality interface design with strong organizational skills, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to support a multidisciplinary UX team.Please upload your portfolio with your application.Your tasks and responsibilities:As a Senior UI Designer in our team, you will take a key role in shaping the visual language of a product portfolio used by thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide. In this extended role, you will contribute to guiding the overall design direction for one or more product areas, ensuring a clear, organized flow of work and visual consistency across projects.

Create high-quality visual concepts and pixel-perfect screens based on our advanced design system, identifying recurring patterns and proactively evolving standards to drive consistency across projects.
Design for a broad range of touchpoints and complex workflows, addressing diverse user groups across clinical, patient, and customer environments.
Apply storytelling in visual concepts and presentations to communicate ideas clearly and with a coherent flow.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in the design work.
Support the planning, structuring, and organization of UX-related workstreams and project activities.
Provide clear, constructive design feedback, actively contributing to design critique and supporting continuous improvement of design quality across projects.
Help define a shared design vision and guide teams toward consistent decision-making.
Take responsibility for communicating project status and results to stakeholders and leadership through clear and structured updates.

Your qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in User Interface Design, Communication Design, or related field.
Extensive professional experience in an agency or in-house UX environment, with a strong digital portfolio showing depth, craft, and systems thinking.
Experience supporting coordination or organizational tasks in design or cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with scalable design systems.
Experience working in healthcare or medical technology is a plus; curiosity and a willingness to dive deep are even more important.
Experience giving structured, constructive feedback or coordinating teamwork is a strong advantage.
