As a Delivery Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and program participants. You will be responsible for coordinating coaching programs, supporting our coach network, and handling a variety of back-office tasks that keep our delivery running efficiently.You'll act as the first point of contact for our participants, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support throughout their journey with us. As organizational changes can have a significant impact on individuals, participants may often be navigating uncertainty or transition. It is therefore important that they are met with both empathy, professionalism, and a confident sense of support.What you'll do
- Coordinate coaching programs and schedules
- Collaborate closely with our network of coaches
- Act as the primary contact for participants, ensuring excellent service
- Support administrative and back-office processes
- Work closely with colleagues across Finland and the Nordics
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, coaches, and internal teams
You will report to a Nordic Delivery Manager based in Denmark, while working closely with the Finnish Right Management team and collaborating with Nordic colleagues. The role offers a truly international setting, with a strong Nordic focus on day-to-day work. As part of your onboarding, you will receive thorough training in our programs and processes, ensuring you feel confident and well prepared to start supporting our participants.What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- A people-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with a diverse range of individuals
