As the GC, we manage the full lifecycle—from design to commissioning—ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step. We are strengthening our site operations team and seeking an experienced Site Logistics Manager to lead on‑site logistics strategy and execution.Role SummaryAs the Site Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all logistics activities on a large, fast‑paced data center site. You will ensure efficient material flow, traffic management, storage planning, workforce movement, and site support services. Your work will directly enable safe and smooth construction progress across all trades.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Planning & CoordinationDevelop and implement the site logistics plan covering access, material flow, laydown areas, waste routes, welfare facilities, and traffic management.Coordinate with project managers, CSA/MEP supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure logistics support aligns with schedule and sequencing.Maintain live updates to the logistics plan as construction phases evolve.Site Operations & Material FlowManage delivery scheduling, gate control, and vehicle movements to avoid congestion and delays.Oversee allocation and organization of storage zones, temporary structures, and off‑loading areas.Ensure critical materials reach work fronts on time and without disruption.Health, Safety & ComplianceImplement and maintain safe logistics practices, pedestrian routes, and traffic separation.Ensure site signage, fencing, lighting, and emergency access are properly maintained.Collaborate with HSE teams to enforce compliance and mitigate risks.Contractor & Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the main point of contact for subcontractors regarding logistics needs and constraints.Lead coordination meetings focused on logistics planning and resource allocation.Liaise with external partners (transport companies, authorities, suppliers) when required.Site Services & Facilities ManagementOversee site welfare facilities, waste management, temporary utilities, and cleaning services.Monitor site access control, parking arrangements, and visitor management.Support contingency planning, storm preparation, and emergency response logistics.Qualifications & Experience5+ years of experience managing logistics on large construction sites (mission‑critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred).Strong understanding of construction sequencing, heavy equipment movement, and safety requirements.Proven experience in planning and executing complex site logistics operations.Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.Familiarity with digital tools (ACC/BIM 360, Procore, or equivalent) is an advantage.High commitment to safety and continuous improvement.What We OfferA key operational role in a cutting‑edge data center project.A collaborative environment within a leading design & build contractor.Competitive compensation and opportunities for career progression.Exposure to modern logistics planning and digital construction workflows.
