- Work at the forefront of new product development, securing and qualifying materials and components so R&D can rapidly build and validate prototypes
- You will collaborate closely not only with R&D, but also with sourcing colleagues, production, and suppliers to solve operational challenges and ensure seamless transitions

- Build scalable, reliable and cost-effective supply chain for new products
- Manage make-or-buy decisions and implement cost reduction projects
- Execute supplier related product changes to supply chain throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve operational challenges
- Drive project progress and ensure timely delivery of results
- Strong experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or procurement operations
- Experience in sourcing new product development is considered an advantage
- Proven project management skills preferably with IPMA-D or equivalent certification
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- An analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical/commercial science
